Ivanka Trump has her own political agenda – and it does not include Marjorie Taylor Greene.

Florida’s newest resident is setting her sights on challenging Marco Rubio in the 2022 Senate race, sources say, and she is concerned that Donald’s support of the controversial congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene could adversely affect her plans.

Taylor Greene has expressed her belief in the QAnon conspiracy theory which is rich in anti-Semitism. She also signed an online posting in 2018 that accused Jewish billionaire George Soros and the Rothschild family of being involved in the conspiracy, which alleges that powerful figures run an international pedophile ring and influence world policy.

‘Ivanka  is worried that people, including those in the Jewish community will automatically assume that she approves of Marjorie because of her dad’s affiliation with her,’ a Trump insider tells DailyMail.com.

‘Donald just loves Marjorie and makes no secret about it. He’s called her a rising star and now Marjorie boasts that she is the female version of Trump.

‘This just drives Ivanka nuts and she thinks they should all cut ties with her and her and her bizarro ideas.

‘She won’t say it on a loud speaker, but Ivanka does not want to be associated with Marjorie. She’s too extreme. Ivanka is all about Ivanka and preserving her reputation. She prides herself on being the rational one and is staying clear of anyone who could jeopardize her image and her political aspirations.’

Meanwhile, Ivanka, 39, may well  be plotting her political strategy as she basks in the Florida sunshine from the Kushner condo, located in exclusive oceanfront building Arte Surfside.

The couple signed a one-year lease on their condominium in the property, which is one of Miami’s most coveted oceanfront buildings, the Wall Street Journal reported last month.

Arte is one of the most expensive complexes in the Surfside neighborhood, with an average rental price of nearly $47,000 per month. Its penthouse sold for $33million to an unnamed private equity executive from New York last month.

The Kushner family are using the large, unfurnished unit as a temporary home while they build a more permanent one on a two-acre plot they purchased on Indian Creek Island – also known as the ‘Billionaire Bunker’ – for $31.8 million late last year

Speculation has been swirling for months that Ivanka will run for the US Senate in Florida in 2022.

The businesswoman, 39, could be set to challenge Marco Rubio in the race after it was reported that she would like a political career of her own after working for her father as an advisor during his presidency.

When Fox News anchor asked Rubio how seriously he took a potential challenge from Ivanka the senator hedged, saying you have to be prepared to a competitive race.

Then he said: ‘I like Ivanka, and we worked very well together on issues, and she’s a US…’ Rubio said, trailing off then pivoted to a list of his successes ‘for the people of Florida’ since he was elected in 2010.

It comes after it was revealed that she and Kushner bought the plot of land in Miami.

Florida might offer one potential opportunity for her when Republican Rubio’s seat is up for re-election in 2022.

Rubio was a harsh critic of Donald Trump in the 2016 Republican nomination race but later became a loyal supporter of Trump once he had the won election.

Adam C Smith, former Tampa Bay Times journalist, told the publication: ‘I think she’d be the immediate frontrunner if she ran for US Senate against Rubio, given her father’s popularity in the Sunshine State.’

It comes after The Kushners reportedly purchased a $31million plot of land on Miami’s ‘Billionaire Bunker’

Indian Creek Village holds the reputation as ‘the world’s most exclusive municipality’ with only 34 homes, around 42 residents and its own private 13-person police force

While it was once thought that the Kushners would return to New York City and resume their pre-White House lives on the Manhattan social scene, it’s clear now that they are establishing roots in the Sunshine State.

The couple put money down on a $31.8million land plot nestled in Indian Creek, a highly exclusive neighborhood that touts beautiful waterfront homes and tons of privacy.

The island, found off the coast of Miami, got the nickname ‘Billionaire Bunker’ because of the high-profile residents that have settled onto the island, including model Adriana Lima and billionaire businessman Carl Icahn of New York City.

The couple reportedly paid $31million for Plot 4, which was previously owner by singer Julio Iglesias

The local authorities run patrols around the island on land and an around-the-clock armed marine patrol supervises the waters surrounding the island.

Each home on Indian Creek is built around the perimeter of the island to ensure that all residents have a waterfront view, while the middle is occupied with the luxurious Indian Creek Country Club and a 18-hole golf course.

A listing for the plot of land measures it at 1.84 acres with 200 feet of private waterfront. Taxes are reportedly $427,000 a year.

A source told Page Six that the Kushners have viewed numerous properties in Florida as many of their friends have fled New York City for the Sunshine State and the Hamptons.

The Kushners will live close to Tom Brady and Gisele’s on Miami’s ‘Billionaire Bunker’ with Jared and a stones throw away from Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner

‘The Kushners have been looking to purchase property in Florida for quite some time, and will also maintain their home in New York,’ the source said.

But the shift away from New York City’s social scene could be in anticipation of an icy reception, with Ivanka’s best friend saying that the return could be ‘difficult.’

The couple still owns a New York City apartment on Park Avenue, as well as a cottage at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey.
