Former Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan has hit out at Meghan Markle and Prince Harry once again as he sat down to share his side of the story with Tucker Carlson in the US.
In a fresh attack on the couple, he said: "Talking about themselves… is their only currency…. without that they're just another couple of celebrities on the Huxta trail."
Whilst the former newspaper editor admitted he liked Meghan's show Suits, where she appeared on seven seasons, and praised Harry for going to war, his kind words soon ran dry.
He added: "But what's happened to that guy? He's turned into a whiny brat,” he told the host.
"He's in his mid-30s crying his dad won't fund him financially."
Piers kicked off his chat with Tucker by describing Meghan and Prince Harry's interview with Oprah Winfrey as a "90-minute whine-a-thon".
He said the television special was "disingenuous" before adding "it was a smear on the Royal Family, the Monarchy and Britain, my country".
Piers told the talk show host that he can't comment on Meghan's mental health but he can't believe that no one in the Royal Family or its staff would allow her to get help.
He said: "It's very cruel but I'm prepared to be proven wrong."
The father of four later demanded that Meghan, 40, "names royals who rejected her requests for help after claiming she was suicidal."
He said: "You're accusing two people in the palace of being unspeakably cruel simply to protect the brand of the Royal family, if that is true let's have the names of these people and let's go to them and ask them is this true," Piers told Carlson.
"'Did you tell a suicidal woman, who told you she was suicidal, not to get help?' – because I find that impossible to believe."
The Duchess of Sussex made the comments about her mental health during the Oprah interview that aired last month.
She also saiid there had been conversations with herself and Prince Harry about their unborn son and what colour his skin would be.
Discussing pregnant Meghan's claim, Piers told Tucker: "We don't know the context, we don't know what was said."

He added that Markle was "accusing the Queen and the Monarchy and the institution as being racist," adding "that's really what was going down here."
Piers said that if the question was as "innocent" as somebody saying "given Meghan's father is white, her mother's black, what colour would the baby be" that he believes this would be an "innocent question."
However, he said that if it were "loaded with a sense of derogatory tone or concern, then it becomes racism."
