The Love Island villa is set to be rocked by a surprise dumping, with the boys at risk of being booted out.
Just hours after new bombshell Brett Staniland arrived on the scene, it looks like bosses are trying to shake things up once more.
The PhD student is given the option to take the girls on a date in tonight’s episode, opting to get to know Priya Gopaldas first of all.
Sparks fly on their date as she confesses: ‘I’m very glad you picked me.’
‘I was always going to choose you to go on a first date,’ he admits as she replies: ‘I do feel like you need to have that connection. You need to be on the same level emotionally.
‘I like someone who is intelligent and athletic. I usually go for confidence on the outside but a sweetheart on the inside.’
Speaking of their time together in the Beach Hut, she reveals her attraction to the newbie, telling the camera: ‘Brett is fit. He’s so good looking and he’s a health student! He’s a studier, nearly got a PhD – Dr Brett! I was drooling.’
Priya also admits that she wants to go slowly in making her decision, as her eyes are still on Matthew MacNabb.
In a candid chat with Chloe Burrows, she adds: ‘I’m still confused. I still want to get to know Matt. I don’t want to make my decision too quickly.’
Well the medical student might want to get a move on as a recoupling session is looming – with the girls in control.
Side note: Poor Brett hasn’t even made full use of his water bottle yet…
Receiving a text which shatters the peace, Faye Winter says: ‘Islanders. Tonight, there will be a recoupling. The girls will each choose which boy they want to couple up with.
‘The boy not picked to be in a couple will be dumped from the Island. #grabaman #girlboss.’
With all the other Islanders finally settled back into their couples after the fall out of Casa Amor and that movie night, all eyes will be on who Priya chooses to pair up with.
Will Brett need to pack his suitcase back up or will Matthew be given the boot?
Love Island continues daily, at 9pm, on ITV2.
