LadBaby bags Christmas number 1 for the THIRD year in a row beating Mariah Carey and Wham

LADBABY has made it to Christmas number one for the third year in a row.

The sausage roll-loving YouTuber, real name Mark Ian Hoyle, has now dominated the Christmas chart for an impressive three years running.

His song Don't Stop Me Eatin', a take on Journey's rock anthem Don't Stop Believin', is the fastest-selling single of the year.

The song that also stars his partner Roxanne Hoyle and kids their kids Phoenix and Kobe,  gives LadBaby a hat-trick of Christmas number ones.

Standing in LadBaby's way was Mariah Carey's hit All I Want For Christmas Is You and Wham's Last Christmas – but he clenched victory.

Earlier this month LadBaby said he won't be releasing any more Christmas singles – unless Mariah herself wants to duet.

In 2018, Mark and his wife Roxanne snatched the Christmas number one title with We Built This City On Sausage Rolls, a take on rock band Starship's classic.

They managed it for a second time in 2019, taking the festive top spot with I Love Sausage Rolls, a take on Joan Jett & The Blackhearts I Love Rock 'n' Roll.

All three of the sausage-roll based songs have raised money for food bank charity The Trussell Trust.

Despite his success, Mark admits he is worried there will be backlash and so plans to bow out now.

He told The Mirror: "We haven't got any more planned. We don't want to get to a point where people boycott it."

Mark said there would only be one thing to lure him to make another Christmas hit – Mariah Carey herself.

"If Mariah Carey phones me up next year, how can I say no?" he joked.

"Maybe there’s a collab we could do: All I Want For Christmas Is Sausage Rolls. Reckon she’d be up for that?"
