ITV GMB’s Laura Tobin forced to explain after suffering awkward wardrobe blunder

GMB: Laura Tobin says she has removed tag from clothing

With frostier conditions set to hit the UK in the coming days, Good Morning Britain’s Laura Tobin had the latest on what ITV viewers could expect from outside. She also shared details on new findings from the MET Office which suggest settling snow could be nonexistent by the year 2100. But despite the weather warnings and climate crisis predictions, it was a wardrobe mishap from the star which caught the eye.

Feeling festive in a ‘Twinkle’ Christmas jumper, GMB’s Laura was clearly getting into the festive spirit.

However, it looked like the weather reporter had forgotten to snip off the price tag attached to the jumper – something viewers were quick to point out.

“@GMB please tell weather lady Laura she has a sale ticket hanging from the back of her ‘twinkle’ jumper,” said one fan on Twitter.

A second weighed in: “Like a lot of people Laura is going to wear once and then return her top with some lame excuse, that’s why the label is still attached to her top.”

Another spotted the mishap and said: “@GMB Laura Tobin needs to cut the price tag off her top! #GMB.”

While a fourth added to the debate: “@Lauratobin1 @GMB it’s so foggy out there Laura couldn’t see her price tag label on her Xmas jumper.”

And after so many viewers got in touch to alert her, Laure addressed the mishap live on air.
