Yellowstone will be making its comeback with season four on Paramount Network, following up on the Duttons after the shocking series three finale. There are plenty of questions that need answering so it’s no surprise fans are eager to get their next dose of Yellowstone. But can the Western drama be watched via new streaming service Paramount Plus?
WARNING: This article contains spoilers from Yellowstone.
Paramount Plus was launched in America on Thursday, March 4 with thousands of shows and movies ready at the click of a button.
The platform is a rebranding move as it replaces service CBS All Access with many of its series making the switch over.
There are plenty of new shows which are going to be ready to watch on Paramount Plus, including the Fraser reboot, the CGI version of Rugrats and video-game-inspired series Halo.
One of the Yellowstone spin-off series is also going to be making its way to the newly launched platform.
Yellowstone 6666 was announced last month but as of yet, it isn’t clear when it will begin.
However, it has already been confirmed that it will be available via Paramount Plus when it does premiere.
The synopsis for the show reads: “Still operating as it did two centuries before, and encompassing an entire county, the 6666 is where the rule of law and the laws of nature merge in a place where the most dangerous thing one does is the next thing.
“The 6666 is synonymous with the merciless endeavour to raise the finest horses and livestock in the world, and ultimately where world-class cowboys are born and made.”
Is Yellowstone on Paramount Plus?
While Yellowstone 6666 is going to be on the streaming service, the same cannot be said for the original drama.
Yellowstone isn’t currently on Paramount Plus and it doesn’t seem like there are plans for it to be released via the platform either.
The first three series are already on rival streaming service Peacock which is run by NBC Universal.
So, for now at least, it will just be the Yellowstone spin-off series which are going to be exclusively on Paramount Plus.

As well as Yellowstone 6666, Yellowstone 1883 is also going to be on the newly rebranded service.
This spin-off is going to be a prequel series which, according to creator Taylor Sheridan, will follow “the Dutton family as they embark on a journey west through the Great Plains toward the last bastion of untamed America”.
Sheridan will be exploring different eras of the Duttons’ 130-year legacy through this new series.
But while there is plenty of excitement revolving around the new series, many are still eager to find out what happens next in the original drama.
In the Yellowstone season three finale, three members of the Duttons were targeted in attacks.
John Dutton (played by Kevin Costner), was shot while he was helping a mum who was having car trouble at the roadside.
Meanwhile, masked gunmen stormed into Kayce’s (Luke Grimes) office and a bomb went off in Beth Dutton’s (Kelly Reilly) office.
So it is unclear if any of them will be killed off but hopefully the series four premiere will give fans a clearer idea about what went down.
Yellowstone is available to watch on Paramount Network.
