Inside Adele's weight loss secrets as she reveals she exercised THREE times a day

POP superstar Adele has revealed she became addicted to exercise and at one point was working out three times a day.

The 33-year-old famously shocked the world in May 2020 when she emerged 100lbs lighter wearing a tiny black minidress.


Addressing her astonishing weight loss for the first time in a new interview with Vogue, Adele revealed it had in fact happened over a two year period – and it was down to her anxiety.

She explained: “It was because of my anxiety. Working out, I would just feel better. 

“It was never about losing weight, it was always about becoming strong and giving myself as much time every day without my phone. I got quite addicted to it. I work out two or three times a day.” 

Adele admitted that the regime isn’t “doable”for a lot of people, but said she was “basically unemployed” at the time.

Breaking down exactly what she would do Adele, who revealed she worked with trainers, said: “So I do my weights in the morning, then I normally hike or I box in the afternoon, and then I go and do my cardio at night.”

The mum-of-one went to reveal she now eats more than she did before and shut down reports she had tried fad diets, including the Sirtfood diet.

She snapped: “Ain’t done that. No intermittent fasting. Nothing. If anything I eat more than I used to because I work out so hard. And also, “that whole thing of like, ‘Gets Revenge Body’… Oh my god. Suck my d**k!” 

The singer, who is set to make her musical comeback next week with new single Easy On Me, added: “I did it for myself and not anyone else.”
