Holby City spoilers: Nicky reaches breaking point – and makes HUGE decision that could ruin her life

NICKY McKendrick reaches breaking point next week in Holby City – and makes a huge decision that could ruin her life.

The doctor – played by Belinda Owusu in the BBC medical drama – recently gave birth to her daughter Juliet, who she shares with evil serial killer Cameron Dunn last year.

As viewers will know, over the past months Nicky has been struggling with her new role as a mum.

Next week someone finally realises what's going on – Amelia Ebrahimi.

She confides in her husband Eli, Nicky's co-worker, and the cardiothoracic surgeon thinks that there is nothing to worry about.

However Amelia really starts to worry when Juliet's nursery can't get hold of Nicky in an emergency.

Nicky starts to panic when Juliet's carer tells her that she needs picking up from daycare, which means that she'll have to leave work.

As the tot starts to scream and cry for attention, the doctor doesn't know what to do and abandons her in her car for some peace and quiet.
