CAROL Vorderman showed off her incredible curves in skintight gym gear before a workout.
The 60-year-old ex-Countdown star revealed her age-defying beauty in her all black outfit as she posed for a mirror selfie.
Carol looked sensational as she squeezed her curves into the figure hugging top and trousers that clung to her every curve.
She wrote alongside her post: "This morning's little 5 miles round the harbour and home……so I love sitting with my tea on the wharfs….might give your leggings a mucky butt…but really does that.matter? Ha. The answer btw is NO CAROL IT DOESN'T MATTER .
"Anyway there it is even in the cloud it's lovely
..and an interesting harbour too."
Carol is no stranger to showing off her fabulous figure on Instagram.
She flaunted her curves in a shape-hugging dress in her walk-in wardrobe.
Her dungaree frock was teamed with a long-sleeve nude top and over-the-knee boots.
Carol snapped selfies in the mirror, smiling as her hair fell over her shoulders.
The snaps came ahead of her show on BBC Radio Wales where she was interviewing rugby legends Sir Gareth Edwards, Mike Phillips and Ian Gough.
Yesterday Carol revealed how she "ran away to the circus for a few weeks" aged nine, admitting her life "was never dull".
The presenter took to her Instagram stories to give fans the interesting insight into her childhood.
She said she was "thinking of her mum" as she sat down for a cosy night in front of the TV.
She explained to her fans that a song sparked off memories of her time "running away to the circus" with her late mother, who died four years ago.
