MANCHESTER UNITED are keen on Goncalo Ramos or Victor Osimhen to be the long-term replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, according to reports.
Ronaldo, 37, left Old Trafford in explosive fashion last November.
United ripped up the five-time Ballon d'Or winner's contract following a sit-down interview with SunSport columnist and TalkTV main man, Piers Morgan.
In that interview, Ronaldo accused the Red Devils of betrayal while also revealing he did not respect Erik ten Hag.
A dismal World Cup campaign followed, which saw Ronaldo score just one goal before being benched as Portugal crashed out in the quarter-finals to Morocco.
Burnley's Wout Weghorst, 30, is currently filling the gap left by the legendary forward on loan.

But, according to the Daily Mail, United are eyeing two younger strikers ahead of potential summer moves.
Benfica's Ramos, 21, is on United's radar following his impressive Qatar campaign, where he took Ronaldo's spot in Portugal's starting line-up.
He even scored a hat-trick in the round of 16 win over Switzerland while Ronaldo manned the bench.

But he will not come cheap as Portuguese paper O Jogo say Benfica are in talks to reward Ramos with a new contract and increase his release clause, which already stands at £105million.

Napoli striker Osimhen is also high on United's list of strikers.
The 24-year-old is living up to his £65.8m 2020 transfer price-tag when he traded Lille for Naples.
He has 13 goals across all competitions this season, and is helping Napoli hold top spot in the Serie A.
Napoli are nine points clear of title holders AC Milan.
And according to the Naples based Il Mattino newspaper, Osimhen is hoping to help Napoli secure a first Serie A title since 1990 before discussing his future in the summer.
United were keen on the Nigeria international in the summer but were told to cough up big bux with the striker now valued at £135m.
