AN MMA fighter snapped his leg after hitting his opponent with a vicious head kick which left both men on the floor.
Dylan Kiskila caught Kai Duque flush in in the face with his shin and the referee waved the fight off immediately after just 34 seconds of the first round.
But it was Kiskila who ended up coming off worse as he instantly realised he had broken his own leg.
The MMA fighter immediately signalled that it was serious as he lay on the canvas in need of medical attention.
One of the commentators said: "I can't really say because we don't have any instant replay up here in the booth but he is holding his leg.
"And we did hear a hard snap almost like he had broken his own leg on that high kick."
Another angle of the video has the sickening sound of Kiskila's leg snapping upon impact.
And the crowd in attendance also acknowledged the seriousness as they gasped in shock when his leg made a devastating connection.
It has since been confirmed that Kiskila suffered a fracture in both his fibula and tibia.
Duque, who lost the fight but unlike victory Kiskila was ultimately able to walk away, reacted to the viral clip.
He said: "Damn crazy that this fight is blowing up #hardheaded."
And those on social media were in utter disbelief at the footage, with some left a little queasy.
Reacting to the video, one user simply said: "I almost puked lol."

While another added: "That should've been a double KO."
The fight, which took place at the Captains Fight Club in North Dakota, was Kiskila's MMA debut.
Duque was also competing in his first MMA bout as he suffered the 34-second knockout.
