CONSULTANT (Chepstow, 1.45) should relish another step up in trip and looked a proper staying type when third at Doncaster.
That was an encouraging return and he raced on the wrong side there, before plugging on under an easy ride.
A current mark of 71 still looks workable and Andrew Balding has enjoyed a solid start to the season.
The form of the Doncaster race is far from hot, and the rapidly improving Kirkland Forever presents a real threat.
