    FORMER Chelsea midfielder Ramires is set for a busy summer after being released from Chinese Super League Jiangsu Suning.

    The Brazilian international – who hasn't played a competitive match since May 2018 – has had his contract terminated six months before it was due to expire.

    Ramires has failed to hit the heights in China since joining from the Blues in 2016 for £25million – featuring in just 71 games in all competitions.

    According to Globo Esporte, the 32-year-old is being chased by Serie A duo Inter Milan and Lazio, though negotiations are yet to take place.

    While Xinhua state that a number of Brazilian sides are eyeing up a move to bring the Chelsea legend back to South America.

    They claim that former employers Cruzeiro are interested in his services, along with Palmeiras and Atletico Mineiro.

    And Portuguese newspaper A Bola report that Benfica are looking to lure their former fan favourite back to the the Estadio da Luz.
