Get daily celeb exclusives and behind the scenes house tours direct to your inbox
Big Brother was an absolute cultural reset, and the OG reality TV show gave us some of the best moments in British telly.
It's created some huge stars during its 18-year run, from Alison Hammond to Josie Gibson, and even the late Jade Goody, we've witnessed the making of many celebrities on our screens.
With all its twists and turns, the Channel 4 and Channel 5 show really pushed its housemates to the limits, and whilst some didn't have the most pleasant of experiences on BB, there were plenty who actually managed to find love.
Understandably, being stuck in a CCTV-monitored house with a bunch of strangers and no contact with the outside world is enough to make anyone lonely, but true romances were formed between a few lucky-in-love contestants.
Not everyone made it to their happily ever after, but some have beat the odds and are still together today.
We take a look back at Big Brother's most iconic romances, and where the lovebirds are at now…

Chanelle Hayes and Ziggy Lichman – Season 8
Back in 2007, season eight of Big Brother bought us a watered down version of Posh and Becks; Chanelle Hayes and Ziggy Lichman.
Aged only 19 when she entered the house, Chanelle's blossoming romance with Zach 'Ziggy' Lichman was one of the most entertaining parts of the series.
Former boyband member Ziggy actually ended up savagely dumping Chanelle on the show, using the classic line "it's not you, it's me".
Strangely, that wasn't enough of a red flag for Chanelle, as she and Ziggy got back together and broke up multiple times… And that was just during their three-month stint on the show.
After leaving the house, the pair stayed together for six months before they ended the relationship for good.
Chanelle then went on to score some media jobs, starring in a few TV shows, modelling for a series of lads mags, launching her own perfume called 'Mwah!' and even giving a singing career a shot.
Now, 14 years after their Big Brother appearances, Ziggy and Chanelle's lives couldn't be further apart.
The northern lass is now a mum of two, who runs a cake making business up in Wakefield.
Not much is known of Ziggy, but in 2018 it was reported by Digital Spy that he was working as a doorman for the London nightclub Tape.
Mikey Dalton and Grace Adams-Short – Season 7
Big Brother's 2006 edition was possibly one of the best to ever grace our television screens, and with it came endless romances and iconic housemates.
Scouser Mikey Dalton was only 23 when he fell head over heels for 20 year old Plymouth lass Grace Adams-Short, and within weeks they were inseparable.
Despite fans' scepticism, Mikey and Grace went on to get engaged only six months after leaving the Big Brother house, but waited until 2009 to tie the knot.
Following a romantic ceremony – which was filmed for a Wedding TV show – the pair relocated to Liverpool, where they've since built a life for themselves.
Three children followed, and the happy couple are still going strong nearly fifteen years later.
Earlier this week, OK!exclusively revealed that Grace and Mikey are now expecting their fourth child together, and have joked that "people must think we're nuts!"
Due early next year, the lovebirds can't wait to meet their newest addition and are proof that reality TV relationship can work.
Josie Gibson and John James Parton – Season 11
By now, everyone living in the UK will have heard of Josie Gibson, but her rise to fame on the 11th series of Big Brother was a true rollercoaster.
She and Aussie contestant John James had a bit of a budding romance in the BB house, with the unlikely pair claiming they were head over heels for one another.
Bristolian Josie went on to win the series, moving in with John James straight away.
The pair enjoyed endless photoshoots and TV appearances, gushing over their plans for the future, including marriage.
However, Josie's heart was broken after John James left her for another woman only a matter of months after they'd moved in together.
The savage break-up was good for Josie in the long run, as the star threw herself into bettering her life, focused on her career and has since gone on to have a very successful slot as a This Morning presenter.
Regularly hosting competitions on the ITV morning show, Josie is a now a household name, and is also a mum of one.
As for John James? Well, little is known about him other than he tried to get in touch with his ex in 2016, after a video message for Josie was aired on Loose Women.
Lisa Appleton and Mario Marconi – Season 9
How can we forget about these two? Lisa Appleton and Mario Marconi entered the Big Brother house already a couple, but really played the showbiz game by getting engaged on the show.
Mario proposed to his future wife during 2008's ninth season, leaving the house as fiancees and going on to tie the knot in 2010.
They enjoyed a brief time in the spotlight, frequently getting papped attending various showbiz parties together, and had hopes to become huge stars.
Lisa and Mario spent six months being followed around by a cameraman, for what they believed was a reality TV show about their relationship.
However, this never materialised as the cameraman was revealed to be a fraudster and was arrested in 2012.
Sadly, Mario and Lisa got divorced in 2014, and whilst Mario has completely removed himself from the spotlight, Lisa is still basking in her former Big Brother glory.
