Ross Kemp has had a successful career in the journalism industry but rose to fame when playing Grant Mitchell in EastEnders in 1990. He left the show nine years later before embarking on other ventures. How much has he earned?

He has also added to his bank balance by writing several books throughout this career.
Initially focusing on tie-ins to his various television shows, 2011 saw him publish his first fictional story, Devil to Pay.
His novel, Moving Target, was released a year later.
In his personal life, Ross married former editor of The Sun, Rebekah Brooks, and then later married Renee O’Brien.
The couple tied the knot in 2012 and now have three children together.
Tonight Ross will star in the first episode of his two-part documentary series, titled Britain’s Tiger Kings – On the Trail with Ross Kemp.
It will see him meet people who own dangerous and exotic animals in Britain, including an ex-circus trainer who owns five tigers and a man who keeps lions in his back garden.
Fans can watch the show on ITV at 9pm.
