'KUWTK' Teaser Hints at Baby No. 4 for Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick

Packing in the drama! In the new teaser for season 19 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the family will tackle broken relationships, the coronavirus pandemic and so much more.

Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson may successfully coparent 2-year-old daughter True, but the Good American founder, 36, still has her doubts about entering into a relationship her with ex again.

“One of my fears is you’re acting like this until you get what you want and then if you do, you’re gonna turn into, like, the old Tristan again,” she tells the 29-year-old NBA star in the video released on Tuesday, September 15.

The pair called it quits after more than two years together in February 2019 after he was caught cheating. However, Us Weekly confirmed they got back together this April.

Speaking of coparenting, it’s also teased that Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, who share children Mason, 10, Penelope, 8, and Reign, 5, could be expanding their family.

“Scott’s like, ‘We’re going for baby No. 4.’ Was that serious? I want to know,” Kim Kardashian asks her eldest sister in the trailer. Momager Kris Jenner then asks Kourtney, 41, “Are you pregnant?”

Although the happy parents haven’t dated in years, Disick, 37, has remained a close part of the family — so much so that Caitlyn Jenner has been vocal about hoping they reconcile after the Flip It Like Disick‘s star’s recent split from Sofia Richie.

“I would hope he can kind of get his act together,” Jenner, 70, told Entertainment Tonight earlier this month. “They’ve got all these kids together. I think always it’s the best for the kids to have a mother and a father that’s right there all the time. I don’t know if that’s ever gonna work out.”

She added: “So many of [my kids] had never gotten married but had families and all the kids seem to be doing great. They’re just great kids. Kourtney and Scott are both good parents. Whether they work it out themselves for a lasting relationship, I don’t know. That’s a Kourtney question.”

Season 19 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians premieres on E! Thursday, September 17, at 8 p.m. ET.
