Kate Ferdinand is preparing to give birth to her first child with her footballer husband Rio.
In fact, the star is more than prepared as she showed on Monday night, by sharing an insight into her very organised hospital bag.
The 29 year old is expecting to give birth to her baby boy any day now and she took to Instagram to share with her 1.3 million followers the meticulous level of organisation she has already began for the birth.

The former The Only Way Is Essex star is clearly concerned that both her and her husband will get peckish during the birth and shared an image of three large zip lock bags filled with snacks.
The first one is labelled “Biscuits & Sweets” and is filled with goodies such as a bag of Maoams, Time Out bars and Twixs.
The second is marked “Rio’s Crisps” and includes a selection of Hula Hoops.
The third is “Kate’s Crisps” and has inside it Walkers Prawn Cocktail crisps among others.
The mum to be captioned the post, writing: “Good Morning! Had one of those nights where I am up doing random stuff all night”.
She then continued: “Staring at baby clothes and packing snacks,” alongside shocked and laughing-face emojis.

Kate added: “The snacks are the most important thing for the hospital bag right??”
Although she may be very driven when it comes to organising herself, Kate recently admitted she wouldn't be putting any pressure on herself to lose weight after the baby's arrival.
Speaking to OK! in an exclusive chat, the star said: "It’s all new to me so I’m just going to see what happens.
"I’m just going to be healthy and get back into exercise when it’s right for me and the baby.
"I love working out and I love doing it for my mental state and working out will always be part of my life.

"But I’m not going to put pressure on myself to get back to a certain size by a certain time.
"It would add too much stress."
Kate added: "I just want to enjoy the time with me and the baby and go from there, really."
