Amy Schumer has found a new hobby in quarantine — safeguarding an X-rated carrot.

Last month, the “Trainwreck” star posted an Instagram Live revealing the carrot that closely resembles a man’s genitalia.

Schumer explained that husband Chris Fischer, a chef, called her into the kitchen and told her, “I’m sorry but I have to show you this carrot.”

The 39-year-old comedian then revealed the offending carrot while sounding slightly stunned at her good fortune.

“This is just a carrot, OK? This isn’t a prop, this isn’t a game. This is a carrot, guys,” she said.

A few days later, Schumer updated her followers on the plight of the carrot explaining that the couple was “getting worried because we’re realizing it’s going to decay and we need to preserve it.”

The “Comedy Central” alum mentioned that the first time she saw a penis was while watching “Schindler’s List” and the carrot was “reminding me of the first sad penises that I saw in that sad, sad movie.”

She implored fans to reach out with information on how to “plaster or bronze” the prized vegetable because “this should be in the Smithsonian. This carrot shouldn’t die in our fridge.”

Schumer posted yet another update of the carrot over the weekend with a picture of it in a box alongside the caption, “Carrot preservation process has begun”.

Schumer’s reps did not reply for comment on the carrot.
