According to experts, "cool micro-names" such as Luna and Arlo are proving popular in more than just the UK.
After analysing their most viewed baby names, Nameberry revealed that Luna is currently the top name in the UK, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Japan, the Philippines, and the US.
What's more, the UK's current favourite boy's name in Arlo also appears in the top five for the US, New Zealand, Israel, France, China, Canada and Australia.

Other names on the rise in the UK are Ophelia, Elodie, Iris and Maeve – seemingly inspired by Netflix's Sex Education.
Meanwhile, Oscar, Hugo, Albie and Atticus are growing in popularity for boys – after being included in the top 20 for 2019.
