It won’t come as a surprise to many Piers Morgan fans that the 55-year-old former Good Morning Britain host will land on his feet, after quitting the ITV flagship news program last week. Following his on-air row with Alex Beresford over his comments on Meghan Markle, Piers was hit with over 57,000 Ofcom complaints but they won’t stop him from filming more of his incredibly popular chat show, Life Stories.
Don’t worry, I’m filming some more soon
His shock departure left some wondering whether he would also back away from the ITV tell-all program, but he confirmed that wouldn’t be happening.
Last night, Piers spoke to Coleen Nolan in a raw and emotional interview, where she looked back at her extraordinary life in the spotlight.
Following the show many viewers took to social media to applaud Piers, which led to him teasing future episodes despite his numerous ITV complaints.
Replying to one fan, the telly star thanked them for their kind words.
“Thanks Andrew – don’t worry, I’m filming some more soon,” he wrote on Twitter.
Taking to the comments section, the good news left fans excited for what’s to come.
“Great show. This programme shows you have a heart, you still ask the questions we all want the answers to, without it sounding offensive,” one noted.
Another said: “This show is what you are brilliant at, also visiting the Jails in America. You don’t need to argue with everyone as you’re brilliant at this.”
“Nice to see you back on tv @piersmorgan you have been missed,” a third cheered.
A fourth agreed: “Another great interview. Wow. Lots of heartache but still a wonderful smile. Nice to see piers at his best.”
“Thank goodness keep being you! Awesome!” a fifth commented.
The confirmation comes after his GMB exit was mired in controversy.
Ahead of his chat with Coleen, he took to social media to slam claims of his “ITV demise”.

He informed his 7.8million followers that he is “already” back for another appearance despite the backlash.
He penned: “Reports of my ITV demise have been greatly exaggerated….
“I’m back already @NolanColeen.”
In a separate tweet, he hit out at those who were upset with him over his explosive remarks on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s interview with Oprah Winfrey.
He wrote: “Two key points from the past week that need reinforcing: 1) It’s not ‘racist’ to disbelieve someone who’s telling lies.
“2) You don’t have to agree with a word I say to support my right to have my own opinions.”
Piers also addressed the complaints aimed at his rant about Meghan directly, tweeting: “Only 57,000? I’ve had more people than that come up & congratulate me in the street for what I said.
“The vast majority of Britons are right behind me.”
