Pete Doherty has married Katia de Vidas in a secret ceremony.
The 42 year old had only just confirmed they were engaged two days ago after film editor Katia was seen sporting a dazzling new ring in a recent Instagram post.
Now, Katia's cousin Julia Mallet has confirmed the pair tied the knot as she took to her Facebook to post a sweet snap of her in her wedding dress.
The snap sees her posing for the photo, which was obtained by The Sun, in a white veil with one hand up and her tongue sticking out. In the caption, Julia wrote: "When you find out your cousin got married over night!! Congratulations Katia and Pete Doherty!!"
OK! Online has approached Pete's representatives for further comment.
A representative for the former rock and roll bad boy confirmed the news of their engagement to MailOnline after film editor on Tuesday 28 September.
The engagement ring was visible in an image shared by the Welsh band Trampolene, in which their frontman Jack Jones enjoyed the company of Pete and Katia, who was lovingly playing with his dog.
"Luna & the Puta Madres xXx," read the caption of the image as Katia leaned in to kiss the pet pooch.
It comes after Pete recently revealed he had been clean of heroin for two and a half years.
Speaking to BBC Scotland, the musician said: "I'm in recovery. I suppose I'm two and a half years clean of heroin which is a big deal for me, and yeah, I'm ticking along writing music, still writing music."
The Babyshambles singer has been happy and healthy since ditching his bad boy lifestyle for a new life in Normandy, France, with Katia.

He has embraced every aspect of laid back French living – reportedly even taking up the popular bowls-style sport Pétanque.
One French local recently said: "Pete is no longer a bad boy. He's relaxing, settling down and loving the good things in life."
And earlier this year, a source told The Sun that he has been happier than ever in lockdown with stunning Katia by his side.
They continued: "They spend lots of time cooking and walking the dog. It's a very genteel lifestyle in comparison to the way he used to live.
"Pete's in a good headspace at the moment, and life is really positive for him."
