Matthew McConaughey and son Levi announce support for Maui
Matthew McConaughey’s alleged stalker was reportedly escorted away by police after showing up at an event he was hosting.
The Hollywood actor, 53, was in attendance at a meet-and-greet event for his book, Just Because, when the incident happened, according to TMZ.
McConaughey has allegedly been harassed for an extended period of time by the female stalker who would contact him via emails, letters and lawsuits.
The Oscar-winning star filed to get a restraining order against the woman before the event took place.
The police was already at the venue when the purported stalker arrived at the event, where she was informed of the restraining order and led away “without incident.”

The Dazed and Confused actor shared an endearing Instagram video on Friday featuring his 15-year-old son Levi, expressing collective joy over the success of his new book.
To mark this achievement, McConaughey’s children surprised him with a celebratory dinner, decorations, and a congratulatory card.

The Instagram video was initiated with congratulatory remarks from McConaughey’s children and conveyed familial love and inspiration derived from them for the creation of his book.
His 10-year-old son Livingston joined the celebrations, expressing his excitement and adorning his father with a green beaded necklace.
“He’s being throned,” Livingston exclaimed in the joy-filled moment.
The family celebration spotlighted a handmade card, presumably from one of McConaughey’s sons, depicting a jubilant figure holding the number one, symbolizing the book’s triumphant status.
