Kourtney Kardashian Trolled Kim Kardashian with a Peppa Pig Meme

Hi there, Peppa Pig has once again entered Kardashian discourse—this time because Kourtney Kardashian decided to troll her sister Kim Kardashian with a Peppa meme. Kourtney included said meme in a casual photo dump last night, which you can swipe through here:

But if that’s simply too much for you this AM, here it is: Mummy Pig in the water saying “Oh my god I’m gonna cry! My diamond earrings!” and Peppa Pig responding “Mummy Pig, there’s people that are dying.”

OBVIOUSLY, this Peppa Pig moment refers to perhaps the most famous scene in the annals of Keeping Up with the Kardashian history, when Kim lost her diamond earrings in the ocean, promptly had a meltdown, and Kourtney had to remind her that “Kim, there’s people that are dying.”

Kim defended herself to E! News back in 2017, saying “Can I explain, that that earring…so I have upgraded, for years, for my birthday, I would buy myself a birthday present, I upgraded that pair of diamond studs, I worked really hard. I mean, it’s not relatable but it’s what I went through and it’s why I was crying, so I’m just being honest.”

Anyway, as a reminder, this is the second time Peppa Pig has been involved in recent Kardashian adjacent news. Her official Twitter account just iconically trolled Kanye West, hopping online to tweet-and-delete that Peppa’s album Peppa’s Adventures: The Album earned a 6.5 rating from Pitchfork, while Kanye’s Donda got a 6. Direct quote: “Peppa didn’t need to host listening parties in Mercedes-Benz Stadium to get that .5.”
