Jennifer Lawrence showed off her growing baby bump as she headed to a workout session in Manhattan earlier this week.

The Oscar-winning actress, who is expecting her first child with husband Cooke Maroney, was dressed appropriately for her outing in a comfortable black sports bra, highlighting her evolving figure.

Completing the gym wear ensemble, the 31 year old added a pair of matching black high-waisted leggings as she strolled along in black sliders while listening to music.

The Hunger Games star toted her belongings in a black Dior handbag and opted for a pair of light pink cat-eyed shades to add to the off-duty A-list look.

Jennifer looked in good spirits as she continued about her day.

It has been a month since the American actress' pregnancy news was announced.

A source has since told People that Jennifer is "looking forward" to becoming a parent.

"Jen wanted a family for a long time and found an ideal mate whom she loves, respects and enjoys being around," the insider revealed.

It was added: "She loves married life, and they have a solid foundation for a baby. She is very happy and looking forward to being a mom."

Jennifer and art gallery director Cooke, 37, reportedly tied the knot in front of 150 guests at a Rhode Island venue in October 2019.

The couple met each other through mutual friends and were first romantically linked in 2018. Cooke is the director of the Gladstone Gallery in New York and previously worked at the prestigious Gagosian Gallery.

In June of that year, Jennifer revealed on Catt Sadler's NAKED With Cat Sandler podcast that she knew Cooke was the one. "I just met Cooke, and I wanted to marry him. We wanted to marry each other. We wanted to commit fully.

"He's my best friend, so I want to legally bind him to me forever. And fortunately, the paperwork exists for such a thing. It's the greatest. You find your favorite person on the planet, and you're like, you can't leave. So I wanted to take that offer."

Cooke, 37, has followed in his father James Maroney's footsteps as he was an art dealer in Manhattan and previously served as the Head of American Paintings at Christie's before deciding to opt for a simpler way of life.

On the professional front, Jennifer was busy filming for her new movie Don't Look Up this year. The trailer for the flick was recently released.
