Caroline Flack flaunts cleavage and drops major hint she’s at Love Island villa

It might be raining outside, but Caroline Flack has turned up the heat by showing off some serious cleavage in a very sexy shot.

The Love Island host stripped down to her knickers and flaunted her lean, tanned legs – and a large helping of boob – as she posed on a stool wearing a very low-cut top.

And the pic captioned "Summer loving" quickly won the approval of fellow sexy-selfie lover Amanda Holden , who replied with a slew of flame emojis.

Her former X factor co-host Olly Murs was also a fan, adding three flames and a thumbs up.

The backdrop of her sizzling shot was a dressing room festooned with summer dresses and strappy heels, sparking speculation that she's already arrived at the Love Island villa ahead of the rumoured June 3 start date.

"She’s getting her outfit ready for love island," replied one excited fan.

And Caroline herself recently confirmed that she's off to Majorca to start shooting the series.

"What’s really exciting about this week is that we start filming for Love Island 2019," she recently shared.

"And by the end of the week I’m going to have potentially seen the cast for this year, which is really exciting and mad that it’s come around this quick.

"So I’ll let you know what happens, it’s going to be a long, hot summer and all that."

The 39-year-old is in the best shape of her life, having cut back on the booze to transform herself into a gym bunny.

Personal trainer and Olympic speed skater Sarah Lindsay has driven her fitness overhaul, with Caroline now taking three hot yoga classes a week on top of three weight-based gym sessions.

And her attitude to food has completely changed, with the Love Island host admitting she's finally learning to eat like an adult.

"Before I started this, I didn’t realise how much sugar and fat I was eating. And I couldn’t really cook before, but I’ve had to learn. See? I’m all grown-up now," she told Women's Health earlier this year, revealing she texts Sarah from the supermarket to ask what she can and can't eat.

But there's one major change she's taken on board – and that's turning her back on the pub.

"I didn’t realise how much it would change my mindset. Before if I’d had a stressful day, I’d go to meet my friends in the pub and have a moan. Now I go to yoga. It really suits my head – I’m someone who talks fast, thinks fast, makes decisions fast. Now I’m trying to go slower and give myself time before I say yes," she explained.
