Britney Spears’ boyfriend Sam Asghari has hit out at the poster’s father, Jamie Spears, in a furious rant.

Actor Sam, 27, said he had “zero respect” for the 39 year old Toxic singer’s father Jamie, 68, after the controversial documentary looking into Britney’s life, titled Framing Britney, aired.

The programme also looks at the conservatorship over Britney, which was put into place after she was placed in a temporary psychiatric hold having following mental health issues and public breakdowns.

Britney’s conservatorship means her father Jamie cares for the pop icon’s assets, estate and business affairs, and has sparked the Free Britney movement.

Following the airing of the doc, Sam unleashed his thoughts on Britney’s dad Jamie in a rant on his Instagram story.

Sam wrote in white writing on a purple and blue background: “Now it’s important for people to understand that I have zero respect for someone trying to control our relationship and constantly throwing obstacles our way.

“In my opinion Jamie is a total d**k. I won’t be going into details because I’ve always respected out privacy but at the same time I didn’t come to this country to not be able to express my opinion and freedom.”

The Iranian fitness model then ended his post by adding a mic drop emoji.

Hours before the angry rant, Sam released a statement to support his girlfriend Britney, who recently sent fans wild as she tagged ex Justin Timberlake in a dancing video.

He told People: “I have always wanted nothing but the best for my better half, and will continue to support her following her dreams and creating the future she wants and deserves.

“I am thankful for all of the love and support she is receiving from her fans all over the world, and I am looking forward to a normal, amazing future together.”

Sam spoke out to support his girlfriend Britney after she did not authorise the documentary into her life.

The couple first met in October 2016 in the set of her music video for Slumber Party.

Sam and Britney went Instagram official in January 2017 and Britney later gushed over their romance.

Explaining how things began between the pair said in a radio interview: “I found his number in my bag. I was like, ‘He is really cute. This guy is really cute.
